Now onboarding students in Singapore

Your next role won't come from an application.

Donna is your career agent. Ten minutes on WhatsApp and she knows what you've actually built — then she puts you in front of roles that never get advertised.

Job boards list roles. Filters rank keywords. Neither one has ever met you. Donna is the first thing in your career that actually knows what you can do.

How it works

It starts with one conversation.

No dashboard to maintain, no profile to keep polishing. You text her once, and she works in the background from then on.

01 Tell Donna your story

Ten minutes on WhatsApp. What you've built, what you're good at, what you'd take and what you'd never take. She asks the follow-ups a good mentor would.

02 She builds a living profile

Everything you said, structured and kept current. New project, new grade, new offer, changed your mind about consulting? Text her and it updates.

03 Roles come to you

When a company briefs Donna, she checks who genuinely fits and asks you privately first. You say yes or no in one tap. No applications, ever.

04 You get a warm intro

Only after your yes does anyone see you, and they arrive already knowing your work. Donna handles the intro and stays with you through what comes next.

You and Wei Lin, CTO at Ledgerline. She's read your context, not a CV.

What she knows

A CV is a lossy copy of you.

One page, written to survive a filter. It leaves out the thing you actually built, what you're genuinely strong at, and the offer you'd drop everything for. Donna keeps the rest.

Why now

AI made applying free. That's why applying stopped working.

Everyone in your cohort can fire off three hundred tailored applications in an evening. Inboxes are full, filters got harsher, and a genuinely good candidate now reads exactly like a generated one. Volume is finished. Being known is the only thing left.

1 of 4,000

What your application looks like in a pile a filter reads in six seconds.

10 minutes

What it costs you, once, to never write another cover letter.

Your call

Nothing reaches a company until you approve that specific intro.

Privacy

Nobody sees you until you say so.

There is no public profile and no “open to work” badge. Donna holds your context privately and asks you before every single introduction.

Let Donna match me to roles

She checks fit quietly and only messages you when it's real.

Hide me from specific companies

Blocklist your employer or anyone else. They never see you surface.

Share salary expectations up front

Off by default. Turn it on to filter out lowball intros early.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

I'm in Year 2 with one small internship. Is this for me?

Especially. The thinner your CV looks on paper, the more you gain from something that can explain what you actually did. Uni, poly or bootcamp, it doesn't matter, as long as you can talk about work you've done.

Will my school or current company find out?

No. Nothing is public and nothing reaches a company until you approve that specific introduction. You can also blocklist any employer outright, and they will never see you surface, even on a perfect match.

Does it cost anything?

Never for candidates. Companies pay to hire, which is exactly why Donna works for you instead of for whoever is paying to message you.

How is this different from LinkedIn?

LinkedIn made you searchable by keyword, so it rewards people who write good keywords rather than people who do good work. Donna talks to you and ends up holding the things a profile has no field for: what you'd move city for, what you'd take a pay cut for, the project you never wrote up.

What does she actually ask?

What you've built and how. Where you're strong and where you're not. What you earn now and what you want next. Whether you'd relocate, and for how much. What kind of team suits you. What you'd turn down flat. Roughly the conversation you'd have with a senior you trust.

What if I'm not looking right now?

That's the point. The best roles arrive when you weren't searching. Donna keeps your context current so that when something genuinely worth leaving for appears, you hear about it instead of reading about the hire six months later.

Can an AI really represent me properly?

She represents what you told her, in your words, and asks before using any of it. You can read everything she holds at any time and correct her by text. If she gets something wrong, you say so and it changes.

Ten minutes now. Asked for the rest of your career.

Summer recruiting is decided long before the postings appear. Talk to Donna once and you're in the room for all of it.
